House Rules & Resident Guidelines

All residents agree to live by the 4 Meaning framework:
Awareness – Be honest about your actions and recovery
Understanding – Take responsibility for choices and behavior
Change – Commit to growth and improvement
Action – Follow structure, rules, and daily expectations
General Rules
✅ Sobriety
Zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol
Random drug testing (minimum 2x per week)
Refusal = automatic violation
Relapse may result in discharge or higher level of care referral
⏰ Curfew
Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 PM
Friday–Saturday: 11:00 PM
Must be inside the house at curfew time
Exceptions require prior approval
🧹 Cleanliness
Daily personal cleanup required
Weekly assigned chores (posted schedule)
Rooms must be kept clean and organized
No food left out or trash accumulation
🛏️ Room Guidelines
No room changes without staff approval
No overnight guests
Respect roommate boundaries
🚫 Guests
No guests allowed without approval
No former using partners allowed on property
Family visits must be scheduled
💼 Employment / Productivity
Residents must :
Be employed, OR
Actively seeking employment, OR
Enrolled in school or program
👉 Proof required weekly
💊 Medications
Must be disclosed during intake
Stored safely (staff may monitor if needed)
No sharing medications
🔇 Respect & Behavior
No violence, threats, or intimidation
No stealing
No excessive noise or disruption
Respect staff, residents, and neighbors
📱 Phone & Technology
No illegal activity
No drug-related communication
Staff may intervene if behavior affects recovery
🧪 Drug Testing PolicyRandom + scheduled testing
Tampering = automatic violation
Positive tests handled case-by-case (safety first)

Minor Violations:
Chores not completed
Late curfew
Disrespect
